In Colorado Revised Statutes, 23-3.3-103, add (23)2 as follows:3 23-3.3-103. Annual appropriations - repeal.4 (23) (a) S UBSECTION (1) OF THIS SECTION, CONCERNING APPROPRIATIONS5 FOR STUDENT FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE DESCRIBED IN THIS ARTICLE 3.3,6 DOES NOT APPLY TO SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATIONS FOR STUDENT7 FINANCIAL AID ENACTED DURING THE 2025 LEGISLATIVE SESSION FOR THE8 2024-25 STATE FISCAL YEAR.9 (b) T HIS SUBSECTION (23) IS REPEALED, EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 2028.10 SECTION 2. The general assembly finds,11 determines, and declares that this act is necessary for the immediate12 preservation of the public peace, health, or safety or for appropriations for13 the support and maintenance of the departments of the state and state14 institutions.15 234-2-
