Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Colorado:1 SECTION 1. In Colorado Revised Statutes, repeal 27-60-110.2 SECTION 2. In Colorado Revised Statutes, 27-50-105, repeal3 (1)(h) as follows:4 27-50-105. Administration of behavioral health programs -5 state plan - sole mental health authority - gifts, grants, or donations.6 (1) The BHA shall administer and provide the following behavioral7 health programs and services:8 (h) Behavioral health-care services for rural and agricultural9 communities pursuant to section 27-60-110;10 SECTION 3. Appropriation - adjustments to 2025 long bill. To11 implement this act, the general fund appropriation made in the annual12 general appropriation act for the 2025-26 state fiscal year to the13 department of human services for use by the behavioral health14 administration for behavioral health vouchers is decreased by $50,000.15 SECTION 4. Safety clause. The general assembly finds,16 determines, and declares that this act is necessary for the immediate17 preservation of the public peace, health, or safety or for appropriations for18 the support and maintenance of the departments of the state and state19 institutions.20 SB25-237 -2-
