In Colorado Revised Statutes, repeal part 21 of2 article 20.5 of title 25.3 SECTION 2. Appropriation - adjustments to 2025 long bill. To4 implement this act, the general fund appropriation made in the annual5 general appropriation act for the 2025-26 state fiscal year to the6 department of public health and environment for use by the prevention7 services division for the disordered eating program is decreased by8 $91,398, and the related FTE is decreased by 1.0 FTE.9 SECTION 3. Safety clause. The general assembly finds,10 determines, and declares that this act is necessary for the immediate11 preservation of the public peace, health, or safety or for appropriations for12 the support and maintenance of the departments of the state and state13 institutions.14 250 -2-
