AN ACT EXEMPTING SMALL BUSINESSES FROM THE BUSINESS ENTITY TAX.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 213a of the general statutes be amended to exempt businesses with ten employees or fewer from the business entity tax.
Statement of Purpose:
To help promote the growth of small businesses in Connecticut.
