AN ACT CONCERNING A MONTHLY REPORT FROM THE STATE TREASURER REGARDING THE STATE'S CASH BALANCE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require the State Treasurer to provide the chairs and ranking members of the Finance, Revenue and Bonding Committee with a monthly report itemizing the prior twelve months' actual cash balance.
Statement of Purpose:
To ensure timely reporting of the state's cash balance from the State Treasurer.
