AN ACT REPEALING THE MUNICIPAL JEOPARDY TAX.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
Section 1. Section 12-163 of the general statutes is repealed. (Effective from passage)

Statement of Purpose:
To repeal section 12-163 of the general statutes concerning the jeopardy collection of taxes.
