AN ACT CONCERNING DEFICIT MITIGATION FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING JUNE 30, 2010.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
Section 1. (Effective from passage) Not later than May 1, 2010, the joint standing committee of the General Assembly having cognizance of matters relating to appropriations and the budgets of state agencies shall submit a report to the General Assembly, in accordance with the provisions of section 11-4a of the general statutes, on deficit mitigation measures for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2010.
This act shall take effect as follows and shall amend the following sections:
