AN ACT CONCERNING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE COMMISSION ON THE ARTS FOR USE ON CAPITOL PROJECTS AT THE WARNER THEATER.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the sum of seven hundred fifty thousand dollars be appropriated to the Commission on the Arts, from the General Fund, for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2010, for a grant to the Warner Theater for capitol projects.
Statement of Purpose:
To provide a grant to the Commission on the Arts to provide the Warner Theater funding for capitol projects.
