AN ACT APPROPRIATING FUNDS TO THE DEPARTMENT OF ECONOMIC AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT TO DEVELOP SENIOR CONGREGATE HOUSING IN WILTON COMMONS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the sum of six million dollars be appropriated to the Department of Economic and Community Development, from the General Fund, for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2010, for a grant to develop senior congregate housing in Wilton Commons in Wilton.
Statement of Purpose:
To appropriate funds for senior congregate housing in Wilton.
