AN ACT CONCERNING FEES PAID BY OUT-OF-STATE CAMPERS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to charge out-of-state campers a fee that is fifty per cent higher than the fee paid by campers who are residents of this state.
Statement of Purpose:
To allow in-state campers to camp at a fee that is less than the fee charged to out-of-state campers.
