AN ACT REESTABLISHING A LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE PROGRAM.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
Section 1. (NEW) (Effective from passage) The Commissioner of Education and the superintendent of the regional vocational-technical school system shall reestablish not later than September 1, 2010, and administer part-time licensed practical nurse programs at the regional vocational-technical schools.
This act shall take effect as follows and shall amend the following sections:
