AN ACT CONCERNING BEER DISTRIBUTORS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to prevent beer distributors from charging package stores and restaurants different prices for the same product.
Statement of Purpose:
To prevent beer distributors from charging different prices for the same product.
