AN ACT CONCERNING AFFORDABLE HOUSING.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 8-30g of the general statutes be amended to increase the number of units of affordable housing necessary to qualify for the appeals procedure established by said section from thirty to forty per cent of the housing units in any affordable housing application.
Statement of Purpose:
To increase the number of units of affordable housing necessary to qualify for the appeals procedure.
