AN ACT CONCERNING THE EXPENDITURE OF FUNDS IN THE LONG-TERM CARE REINVESTMENT ACCOUNT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 17b-371 of the general statutes be amended to eliminate the requirement that the Commissioner of Social Services consult with the Secretary of the Office of Policy and Management concerning the expenditure of funds in the Long-Term Care Reinvestment account.
Statement of Purpose:
To remove the requirement that the Commissioner of Social Services consult with the Secretary of the Office of Policy and Management before expending funds in the Long-Term Care Reinvestment account.
