AN ACT PERMITTING COUPON BOOKS TO BE USED AS AN INCENTIVE FOR PURCHASING RAFFLE TICKETS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 98 of the general statutes be amended to permit nonprofit organizations conducting a raffle to offer complimentary discount coupons to purchasers of raffle tickets as an incentive to participate in the raffle.
Statement of Purpose:
To permit nonprofit organizations to offer a complimentary coupon book as an incentive for purchasing raffle tickets.
