AN ACT CONCERNING ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS FOR CERTAIN AEROSPACE AND DEFENSE PLANTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That subsection (e) of section 32-56 of the general statutes be amended to apply to major aerospace and defense plants that are vacant and employed not less than eight hundred people.
Statement of Purpose:
To address the loss of the Pratt and Whitney plant in Cheshire.
