AN ACT CONCERNING THE SPEED LIMITS OF BOATS ON THE MYSTIC RIVER.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 15-16 of the general statutes be amended to provide that, following the adoption of regulations by the Commissioner of Environmental Protection pursuant to section 15-121 of the general statutes, the speed limits for boats along the Mystic River shall be those limits set forth in such regulations.
Statement of Purpose:
To create statutory consistency in establishing the speed limits for boats along the Mystic River.
