AN ACT CONCERNING VETERANS' LICENSE PLATES FOR ACTIVE MEMBERS OF THE ARMED FORCES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 246 of the general statutes be amended to provide that the Commissioner of Motor Vehicles, at the request of any member of the armed forces, shall issue a special veterans' license plate for any motor vehicle owned or leased by such person.
Statement of Purpose:
To make active members of the military eligible for a veterans' license plate.
