AN ACT LIMITING COPAYMENTS, DEDUCTIBLES OR OTHER OUT-OF-POCKET EXPENSES FOR CHIROPRACTIC SERVICES. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened: That title 38a of the general statutes be amended to prohibit insurers from imposing a copayment, deductible or other out-of-pocket expense for any single chiropractic service greater than fifty per cent of the total cost of such service.
