AN ACT CONCERNING PROTECTION FOR EMPLOYEES WHO BREASTFEED OR EXPRESS BREAST MILK IN THE WORKPLACE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to provide protection for employees who breastfeed their children or express breast milk in the workplace.
Statement of Purpose:
To provide more protection for employees regarding breastfeeding and the expression of breast milk.
