AN ACT CONCERNING SOCIAL SECURITY OFFSETS AND UNEMPLOYMENT COMPENSATION.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 31-227 of the general statutes be amended to permit individuals to collect full unemployment benefits while receiving Social Security pension benefits.
Statement of Purpose:
To allow unemployed individuals to collect full unemployment compensation benefits while receiving Social Security pension benefits.
