AN ACT ESTABLISHING A PILOT PROGRAM TO AUTHORIZE BONDS FOR MUNICIPAL POST-EMPLOYMENT BENEFIT PLANS.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That the general statutes be amended to establish a pilot program to authorize issuance of bonds for funding municipal post-employment benefit plans.

Statement of Purpose: 

To reduce the cost of providing post-employment benefits by municipalities.
