AN ACT CONCERNING THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A UNIFORM TREATMENT AUTHORIZATION FORM FOR MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 35 of the general statutes be amended to require the Attorney General to create a Uniform Treatment Authorization Form for Mental Health Services that respects the privacy and confidentiality of state residents in addition to the legal and professional restrictions placed on mental health treatment providers.
Statement of Purpose:
To require the Attorney General to establish a Uniform Treatment Authorization Form for Mental Health Services.
