AN ACT CONCERNING PUBLIC ACCESS TO MUNICIPAL PROPERTY FOR RECREATION.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That sections 52-557f to 52-557i, inclusive, of the general statutes be amended to restore liability protection to municipalities when municipal lands are used for recreation.
Statement of Purpose:
To restore recreational liability protection to municipalities.
