AN ACT CONCERNING DELINQUENT PROPERTY TAXES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to prohibit a person who is delinquent on the payment of property taxes on a motor vehicle to sell such motor vehicle until such delinquent taxes are paid.
Statement of Purpose:
To assist municipalities in collecting delinquent property taxes.
