AN ACT AUTHORIZING MUNICIPALITIES TO ENTER INTO ENERGY PERFORMANCE CONTRACTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 7-148 of the general statutes be amended to explicitly authorize municipalities to enter into energy performance contracts.
Statement of Purpose:
To allow municipalities the explicit right to enter into energy performance contracts.
