AN ACT CONCERNING APPROVAL OF UNFUNDED STATE MANDATES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require a vote of two-thirds of the members of the General Assembly to pass an unfunded state mandate.
Statement of Purpose:
To require a vote of two-thirds of the members of the General Assembly before passing an unfunded state mandate.
