AN ACT CONCERNING ELECTRIC RATES FOR MEDICAL CARE PRACTITIONERS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to allow medical care practitioners to pay residential electric rates for electricity use in their offices.
Statement of Purpose:
To help lower the costs of health care providers in providing care to their patients.
