AN ACT ESTABLISHING A STATE-EARNED INCOME TAX CREDIT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 229 of the general statutes be amended to establish a state-earned income tax credit equal to twenty per cent of the federal- earned income tax credit.
Statement of Purpose:
To establish a state-earned income tax credit equal to twenty per cent of the federal-earned income tax credit.
