AN ACT CONCERNING THE PENALTY FOR HUMAN TRAFFICKING.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to increase the penalties for promoting or otherwise engaging in human trafficking.
Statement of Purpose:
To increase penalties for promoting or otherwise engaging in human trafficking.
