AN ACT CONCERNING LIABILITY FOR THE RECREATIONAL USE OF MUNICIPAL LAND.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 52-557f of the general statutes be amended to include municipalities as owners of land entitled to immunity under the Recreational Land Use Act, thereby reversing the decision in the case of Conway v. Wilton.
Statement of Purpose:
To include municipalities as owners of land entitled to immunity under the Recreational Land Use Act.
