AN ACT ESTABLISHING A TASK FORCE ON YOUTH VIOLENCE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to establish a task force to study and recommend strategies for reducing youth violence. The task force shall include, but not be limited to, the Commissioners of Children and Families, Social Services, Education and Correction, and the Labor Commissioner, or their designees, and the Chief Court Administrator, or the Chief Court Administrator's designee.
Statement of Purpose:
To establish a task force to study and recommend strategies for reducing youth violence.
