AN ACT CONCERNING THE YANKEE INGENUITY COMPETITION.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the sum of one million dollars be appropriated to Connecticut Innovations, Incorporated, from the General Fund, for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2012, for the purpose of helping academic researchers achieve applied research for commercialization through the Yankee Ingenuity Competition.
Statement of Purpose:
To spur innovation and create jobs through the Yankee Ingenuity Competition.
