AN ACT PROVIDING POWER OUTAGE INFORMATION TO PEOPLE WITH SPECIAL MEDICAL NEEDS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to establish a program to provide real-time information regarding restoration of utility service during large-scale power outages to people with special medical needs.
Statement of Purpose:
To provide information regarding power outages and utility restoration to people with special medical needs.
