AN ACT PROHIBITING CELL TOWERS NEAR SCHOOLS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 16 of the general statutes be amended to prohibit the siting of telecommunications towers within seven hundred fifty feet of a school.
Statement of Purpose:
To prevent cell towers from being installed near schools.
