AN ACT CONCERNING TIME FRAMES FOR INTERCONNECTION PROJECTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require electric distribution companies to publish for each interconnection project the expected time frame from application to approval.
Statement of Purpose:
To provide the public with the time frames for interconnection projects.
