AN ACT CONCERNING AN EXEMPTION FROM THE BUSINESS ENTITY TAX.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 12-284b of the general statutes be amended to exempt businesses whose gross valuation of their book of business is less than ten thousand dollars.
Statement of Purpose:
To exempt certain businesses from the business entity tax.
