AN ACT CONCERNING A TAX CREDIT FOR SMALL BUSINESSES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to create a tax credit against the business entity tax for businesses with fewer than one hundred employees.
Statement of Purpose:
To help foster the growth of small businesses in the state.
