AN ACT CONCERNING MUNICIPAL ACCEPTANCE OF CONTRACTOR PERMITS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require municipal officials to accept permit applications submitted by licensed contractors electronically or via the mail, provided such contractors have provided all documentation required to obtain such permits.
Statement of Purpose:
To modernize the process for licensed contractors to obtain permits.
