AN ACT CONCERNING BED BUGS AND RENTAL FURNITURE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to ensure that rental furniture is inspected for bed bugs and certified as being bed bug free prior to rental.
Statement of Purpose:
To ensure that rental furniture is inspected for bed bugs and certified as being bed bug free prior to rental.
