AN ACT REESTABLISHING THE DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the Department of Housing be reestablished and that it include the Connecticut Housing Finance Authority and all housing-related matters currently assigned to the Department of Economic and Community Development.
Statement of Purpose:
To reestablish the Department of Housing and to create a more efficient means of providing housing services.
