AN ACT CONCERNING THE ELECTION OF TENANT COMMISSIONERS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
To amend the general statutes to allow tenants of housing authorities to elect tenant commissioners.
Statement of Purpose:
To provide for the democratic selection of tenant commissioners.
