AN ACT CONCERNING HOME AND COMMUNITY-BASED SERVICES FOR PERSONS WITH ACQUIRED BRAIN INJURY. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened: That chapter 319v of the general statutes be amended to require that an equal number of persons who receive services under the Medicaid-funded home and community-based program for persons with acquired brain injury are selected from among those persons who participated in the Money Follows the Person demonstration program and from the wait list of persons seeking to receive such services. Statement of Purpose: To ensure that persons who suffer from brain injuries and have been on the wait list to receive home and community-based services are included in the acquired brain injury waiver program.
