AN ACT ADJUSTING THE TERRITORIAL CLASSIFICATIONS FOR PRIVATE PASSENGER NONFLEET AUTOMOBILE INSURANCE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 38a-686 of the general statutes be amended to adjust the weight of individual territorial loss cost indication in rating plans for private passenger nonfleet automobile insurance that include territorial classifications from seventy-five per cent to sixty-five per cent.
Statement of Purpose:
To adjust the weight of individual territorial loss cost indication for territorial classifications from seventy-five per cent to sixty-five per cent.
