AN ACT CONCERNING MUNICIPAL LEGISLATIVE BODIES AND PROJECT LABOR AGREEMENTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require a public hearing before a municipal legislative body votes on a project labor agreement.
Statement of Purpose:
