AN ACT IMPOSING A MORATORIUM ON MANDATORY BINDING ARBITRATION AWARDS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to impose a three-year moratorium on any new mandatory binding arbitration awards.
Statement of Purpose:
To provide relief to municipalities.
