AN ACT CONCERNING BLOOD COLLECTION FACILITIES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 368a of the general statutes be amended to require the Commissioner or Public Health to amend the Public Health Code to permit licensed clinical laboratories to operate more than six blood collection facilities in the state.
Statement of Purpose:
To require the Commissioner of Public Health to update regulations concerning blood collection facilities operated by licensed clinical laboratories.
