AN ACT CONCERNING ELECTRIC SCHOOL BUSES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require that all newly-purchased school buses be electric.
Statement of Purpose:
To ensure that newly-purchased school buses are energy efficient and less expensive to operate.
