AN ACT REQUIRING THE DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION TO REPLACE THE BRIDGE OVER THE MATTABASETT RIVER.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require the Department of Transportation to replace the bridge over the Mattabasett River at the Middletown and Cromwell border with a four lane bridge.
Statement of Purpose:
To require the Department of Transportation to replace the bridge over the Mattabasett River at the Middletown and Cromwell border with a four lane bridge.
