AN ACT REINSTATING THE BAN ON POLITICAL SPENDING BY CORPORATIONS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 155 of the general statutes be amended to reinstate the statutory ban on political spending by corporations that was repealed during the 2010 regular session.
Statement of Purpose:
To reinstate the statutory ban on political spending by corporations that was repealed during the 2010 regular session.
